Description: A clear pale green colour with just a hint of gold

This delicate un-oaked Chardonnay has lifted aromas of stone-fruits, lime and green apple. A medium bodied creamy palate with apricots and citrus, and a clean crisp finish.

Suggested Foods : A crisp refreshing accompaniment to fish and white meat, such as chicken risotto, Asian pork dishes, or crayfish salad.

Cellaring: Drink now or cellar for up to 3 years.

Description: This wine has depth of structure. It is multi-dimensional and complex, with a great use of older and new French oak barriques.

It has a stone fruit aroma with a full flavoured mouthfeel of tropical melon fruits and it finishes strong and crisp.

Suggested Foods: Serve with meat or crab salads, Australian salmon, veal, chicken or rich cheesy dishes.

Cellaring: Will develop further complexity within 3 to 5 years bottle age, but drinks admirably well now. Will cellar for a further 5 years.

 Description: This wine has a fantastic depth and structure, and is multi-dimensional.

The winemaker has successfully used older and new French oak barriques to give a complex full flavoured mouthfeel. It has stonefruit aromas with tropical melon fruits and it finishes long and crisp.

Suggested Foods: Would go well with a rich creamy pasta, pork or a veal dish.
