MONTGOMERY'S HILL
2005 CABERNET FRANC MERLOT

Description: Deep garnet in colour, this wine shows the typical light berry aromas of Cabernet Franc and also has the black cherry aromas of Merlot.

A medium bodied and stylish wine. It is rich with velvety black fruit flavours and has a fine oak and acid balance.

Suggested Foods: An excellent wine to accompany a wide range of dishes. Try will char-grilled fish, spicy chicken, duck or pasta.

Cellaring: Short term bottle maturation for 2 or 3 years will add another dimension to this approachable drink-now wine.

Alc/Vol: 13.5% Vol



MONTGOMERY'S HILL
2004 CABERNET SAUVIGNON 

Description: This wine from carefully selected fruit has mixed fruit aromas including blackberry, plum and cherry.

These flavours are also apparent on the palate making the wine enjoyable and characteristic of a Cabernet Sauvignon.

Suggested Foods : The wine will be enjoyable with dishes such as steak, roast of beef or lamb and rich beef casserole.

Cellaring: Medium term bottle maturation will further enhance this appealing wine.

Alc/Vol: 14% Vol.

Description: This is an interesting cool climate wine with white pepper aromas and luscious plum and cherry fruits. Savoury spice with well integrated oak and tannins.

Suggested Foods: Enjoy with rich and spicy beef, lamb or pasta dishes. Try with French Onion Soup with crusty bread.

Cellaring: Drink now or cellar for 7 to 10 years

2006 KALGAN SUNSET RED
 

Description: A refreshing light-bodied rose style made from choice grapes of the vineyard into a slightly sweet wine packed with sweet cherry and ripe berry aromas.

Can be enjoyed before a meal, with a cheese platter, or just for the love of drinking wine.

Suggested Foods : Serve chilled - at picnics, with antipasto, spaghetti, or spicy Asian dishes.

Cellaring: A wine best enjoyed while young and filled with fresh vibrant easy drinking character.

Alc/Vol: 12%.
